Important Warnings
Once a deal is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All deal data, images, and assignments are permanently removed from the system.
Deleting an active deal immediately removes it from all assigned center websites, mobile apps, and kiosks. Customers will no longer see the promotion.
When deleting deals assigned to multiple centers, all center assignments are removed. Ensure this is intentional before confirming deletion.
Alternative to Deletion
If you're not sure whether to delete a deal, consider editing it instead:
- • Change the end date to expire the deal sooner
- • Modify the deal message to indicate it's no longer active
- • Remove center assignments to hide it from specific locations
- • Update the title to mark it as archived or outdated
Super Administrators have the highest level of deletion privileges and can remove any deal without restrictions. This role should be reserved for technical administrators only.
Best Practices
Double-check that you're deleting the correct deal, especially for multi-center promotions
Consider letting expired deals auto-delete after 60 days for better record-keeping
Inform relevant team members before deleting active or high-visibility promotions
If uncertain, edit the deal to change its end date rather than deleting it immediately
